The AutoPack film was established originally to fulfill the needs of the Egyptian local market from the packaging materials.

At the beginning the concept of the firm was to provide the Egyptian converters with the best film quality they need. Thus, the plant configuration was born to produce cast pp films and LLDPE films, which are designed to be co extruded using three layers technology.

In order to reach a new type of customers, after very successful operation, it was necessary to develop a conversion facility beside the film production facility as be able to produce the integrated packaging film from granules to printed materials. It was then decided to provide the plant with:

·        Printing Flexo Machinery able to produce very fine resolution images up to 300 lines/cm and printed up to 8 colors .

·        Lamination for both high and medium performance applications. The facilities can produce multi-layers as much as per the needs of any application.

·        Slitting rewinders in several sizes and capabilities.
